The company was founded on November 28, 1975 in Pasadena , California . A source also names the cities of Burbank and Irwindale , both also in California. It made automobiles and kit cars . The brand name was California Custom Coach . Production ended in 1988.

One model was a replica of an Auburn . The basis was a chassis from Ford . A two-seater roadster body was mounted on top. The engine was also from Ford. In 2014, a German classic car dealer offered such a vehicle.
Another model was a four-door sedan . A Chevrolet Corvette was also extended.
A source also names the replica of the Ferrari Daytona . Oldtimer Markt compared such a replica, which has a German registration, with an original and stated a market value for the open version of around 50,000 euros .
