Company history
The company was incorporated on November 20, 1975 in Wayzata , Minnesota . In the same year the production of automobiles and kit cars began . The brand name was Lafayette . Production ended in 1985.
The company is still active.
vehicles
The only model was a replica of a Bugatti Type 35 . The open body offered space for two people. One version had a chassis from the VW Beetle and its air-cooled four - cylinder boxer engine in the rear. Another variant had a front engine from the Ford Pinto .
