Jet mobiles
Jetmobile was an American automobile brand only built in 1952 by Richard Harp in Frederick, Maryland .
The open single-seater was welded together from three fuel tanks for aircraft. The car had only one wheel at the front, the drive axle was installed at the rear. Its appearance was therefore unusual, but very elegant and very futuristic. Was used in the prototype still an airplane engine from Lycoming as a drive, the series vehicles received a side-valve V8 engine of Ford , the cm³ of 2229 Displacement an output of 60 hp (44 kW) at 3500 min -1 pulled.
