The Estadio José Nasazzi , also known as Parque José Nasazzi , is a football stadium in the Uruguayan capital, Montevideo .
The 15,000-seat stadium is located in the Montevidean Barrio Prado on Avenida Lucas Obes . It was named after the world champion and two-time Olympic champion José Nasazzi , one of the most important football players in Uruguayan football history. It serves as the home ground for the Bella Vista club . The sports facility has a lawn play area without a surrounding running track. The four stands arranged at right angles around the playing field are not covered.
