history
The foundation stone for the plant was laid on December 8, 1947, and it was opened on June 1, 1952. In 1973 it was renamed ŽOS Šumperk . When it was privatized in 1993, the plant was named Pars DMN s.ro. On August 1, 2000, the company was converted into a joint stock company, which was taken over by Škoda Transportation in March 2008 . This was taken over by the PPF Group in April 2018 .
