Partho Ganguli

Partho Ganguli (* around 1955 ) is an Indian badminton player .

Career

Partho Ganguli first became Indian master in men's doubles in 1980. In 1981 he defended the double title, but with a new partner Vikram Singh at his side. In 1982 he won the mixed with Ami Ghia . A year later he won the French Open and the Austrian International. In 1985 and 1989 he was once again Indian champion in doubles. When he took part in the Badminton World Championships in 1977 and 1980, he achieved his best result in his first start in men's doubles with ninth place.
