Patent processing

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Under Patent finishing one understands an invention presented in a way which potential buyers or licensees allows the invention:

  1. to understand
  2. to recognize the benefits and
  3. assess the potential of the invention.

This can be done using a presentation with pictures, explanatory texts, animations , etc. A functional model or even a prototype are also excellent ambassadors for the idea.

In addition, the invention can be refined by further product development , i. H. can be supplemented or improved by optimizing functions. The product resulting from the invention is then optimized for manufacture and sale.

Important steps are:

  • A product design that takes into account the taste and requirements of the end customer (e.g. ergonomic aspects).
  • The cheapest and most appropriate production method for the product is selected.
  • Packaging, transport and logistics must be taken into account. Smaller and smaller packaging is always preferable.
  • Questions about the "point of sale" (POS) must be clarified. A completely new product often requires explanation.
