Paternus, Consul 268

Paternus held his second consulate in 268 . His colleague was Marinianus . Paternus' first consulate is unknown. He is perhaps identical with Aspasius Paternus , a proconsul of Africa (257/258); or the city prefect of Rome Paternus (264–266).

Remarks

  1. It is impossible that he is identical with the consul of the year 267.

Paternus, Consul 269

In 269, Paternus was full consul with Emperor Claudius Gothicus .
