Patrick Lane (born August 29, 1991 in Carlton (Victoria) ) is an Australian road cyclist.
Patrick Lane finished fifth in the junior road race at the 2009 Oceania Championships and fourth overall at the Tour of the Southern Grampians. He has been driving for the Australian Continental Team Jayco-AIS since 2010 . In his first year there, he won a stage in the Tour of Geelong. In the 2011 season he was second overall in the Tour of Wellington and he was successful in the third stage of the Giro della Regione Friuli .
