Patrick Räbmatter

Patrick Räbmatter (* 12. December 1991 ) is an active Swiss Schwinger .

Career as a wrestler

Patrick Räbmatter won a federal wreath at the Swiss Wrestling Festival 2016 in Estavayer-le-Lac and 2019 in Zug .

So far, he has been able to finish a wreath festival as the winner (1st place Basellandschaftliches Schwingfest 2015 in Ormalingen). He also took part in the final course at the Aargau Cantonal Festival 2015 in Würenlingen, the Solothurn Cantonal Festival 2016 in Walterswil and the Baselbieter Cantonal Wrestling Festival 2018 in Schönenbuch.

There are also 10 victories at regional events (Niklaus-Thut-Schwinget 2014/2016, Guggibad-Schwinget Buttwil, Engelberg-Schwinget Dulliken, Niklaus-Schwinget Dietikon (all 2015), Schachen-Schwinget Aarau 2016, Hallenschwinget Brunegg 2018, Rangschwinget Grenchen 2018, Spring Schwinget Oberarth 2019 (1b), Spring Schwinget Oberdorf 2019).

He has won a total of 41 wreaths so far (as of March 2020): 2 federal, 8 partial association wreaths (7 NWSV, 1 SWSV), 24 cantonal (7 BL, 7 AG, 6 SO, 4 BS) and 7 mountain wreaths (3 Stoos, 3 Weissenstein , 1 Brünig).

In 2019, Räbmatter took 25th place in the official annual points list of the Swiss Federal Wrestling Association.

Life

Patrick Räbmatter lives in Uerkheim .

Räbmatter's exclamation “Jabadabadu”, which he makes as soon as he has the wreath on safe at a wrestling festival, is known to the wrestling community.
