Pattaya Discovery United (Thai: สโมสร ฟุตบอล พัทยา ดิสคอฟเวอร์ รี่ ยูไนเต็ด) is a Thai football club from Pattaya in Chonburi Province . The club plays in the fourth division, the Thai League 4 in the Eastern Region. The club is also known under the name The Dolphin (โลมา สาย พันธุ์ ใหม่) .
The association was founded in 2011. In late 2018 the club was renamed from Esan D-Beach Aura Pattaya FC to Pattaya Discovery United . In 2016 the club played in the fourth division. After restructuring the Thai league system, the club played in the Thailand Amateur League in 2017 . Here the club became champions and rose to the fourth division, the Thai League 4 , where they play in the East region. The first season ended with a sixth place.
Stadion
Pattaya Discovery United plays its home games at Nong Prue Stadium . Originally holding 3,000 spectators, renovation work increased the capacity to around 5,500 in 2015. The owner is the Nong Prue Municipality . After the Thai League club Pattaya United , which had used the stadium as a venue for home games, was dissolved, the back-end stands were dismantled again. The stadium now has a capacity of around 3000 spectators again.
