Paul Haegele
Paul Haegele (* 1894 in Eglosheim ; † 1977 ) was a German composer and local politician.
Career
Haegele was mayor in Oppelsbohm as well as organist and choirmaster of the Oppelsbohm parish. As a composer he created piano pieces, organ chorales, songs and cantatas for choir, strings and organ.

- 1976: Cross of Merit on the ribbon of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany
