The Paul Hastings Tower is a 213 meter high skyscraper in the central business district of Los Angeles . The building was designed by the architect Albert C. Martin. Together with the neighboring City National Tower , the twin towers form the City National Plaza , until 2005 ARCO Plaza , and were the first large business center in downtown Los Angeles. Together they still dominate the Los Angeles skyline after more than 40 years and with a height of 213 m and 52 floors are the tenth highest buildings in the city.
