Paul Lahninger

Paul Lahninger (* 1955 in Vienna ) is an Austrian author and lecturer in social skills . Paul Lahninger developed new methodological approaches and intervention techniques for teaching and management tasks, especially for dealing with resistance and conflicts .

Life

After three years of development work in Papua New Guinea , he was a secondary school teacher until 1986, then went into business for himself and founded the company "Ferienwerkstatt" in Greece. At the same time he completed training as a motivational and management trainer and became a psychotherapist .

Since 1988 he has been a lecturer in the trainer network AGB-Seminare, at the University of Graz, in technical colleges and chambers of commerce. Leading * presenting * moderating his first specialist book became a bestseller and is used as standard literature for trainers.

Paul Lahninger is married and has two children. He lives in Salzburg.
