Paul Scott

Paul Mark Scott (born March 25, 1920 in Southgate, † March 1, 1978 in London ) was an English author.

He initially trained as an accountant and then served as an intelligence officer in the British Air Force in India. His last novel Staying on (dt. Epilogue. ) Was awarded the Booker Prize awarded. However, Scott died of cancer before accepting the award.
