Paul Stolterfoth

Paul Wilhelm Gustav Stolterfoth (born July 21, 1837 in Königsberg , † December 17, 1894 ) was a Senate President of the Imperial Court .

Life

In 1858 he was sworn in to the Prussian sovereign. In 1867 he became a district judge. In 1874 he became a regional judge and in 1880 a higher regional judge. In 1884 he became a laborer in the Ministry of Justice and in the same year lecturer there. New Year 1889 became a Reich judge. He was active in the 2nd Criminal Senate and the 1st Civil Senate . In his opinion, criticism of the draft for the BGB was unjustified, since the solution of the social demands had already been tackled by public law. He was a member of the revision of the ADHGB , but was unable to complete his presentation in 1894 due to illness.
