Paul Werner (Author)

Paul Werner (born April 13, 1951 in Schleiden ) is a German media scientist and author.

Life

Paul Werner studied theater, film and television studies, musicology and art history at the University of Cologne and completed his Magister Artium (approx. 1979) with a thesis on the fantastic in the films of Roman Polański . Since then he has worked as a film critic and author of books on film subjects. He lives in Hamburg. His Polański biography was also published in 2014 in Poland and Finland.
