Paula Yacoubian (born April 4, 1976 ) is a Lebanese television presenter and politician .

Life

Yacoubian started in 1995 at the television station ICN ( Independent Communications Network ). Soon she became the news director and received her own newscast called Al Sulta al Raabi'a (Fourth Estate ). She then moved to LBCI ( Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation International ) and hosted the morning show Nharkon Saeed (Good Morning). After changing jobs several times through the Lebanese branch of MTV , Arab Radio and Television, she ended up with al-Hurra , where her future husband Muwaffak Harb ran the news channel.

Since her return to Lebanon, Yacoubian has been employed by Future TV , where she directs the program Inter-views . On May 6, 2018, she ran for parliamentary elections in Lebanon and won a seat in the National Assembly .

Yacoubian belongs to the Armenian ethnic group in Lebanon, is divorced and has one son.
