The Pauls'sche Haus is a typical representative Monschau town house , which was built in the second half of the 18th century. The client was Paul Christoph Scheibler . In 1824 it was acquired by Hermann Pauls. It has been in municipal ownership since 1921. The house with the house numbers 1 to 3 is located on Stadtstraße directly on the Rur and is listed under monument number 25 in the Monschau monument register.
