Pavel Řezníček (actor)

Pavel Řezníček (born October 11, 1966 in Brno ) is a Czech actor .

Life

Pavel Řezníček attended high school in his native city of Brno. During this time he played in the youth team of FC Zbrojovka Brno . At the age of twenty he starred in a performance of The Brothers Karamazov in the Divadlo Husa na provázku theater . He stayed at the theater and continued to work as an usher. After his military service he found another job at the theater, this time at the Brno City Theater . He finally decided to study acting, which he successfully completed in 1999 at the theater faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague .

During his student days he played at various theaters, including the National Theater Národní divadlo and the Dejvické divadlo . He also made his screen debut in a small supporting role as Miroslav in the fairy tale film The Disappeared Princess, directed by Jan Schmidt .

Řezníček was able to establish himself in particular as a television actor for various series formats on Czech television. He played Josef 'José' Pivoda in the comedy series Přístav . He played Marek Jeřábek in the comedy series Obchoďák and Jáchym Tauber in the crime series Profesor T.
