history

Pelican Products was founded in 1976 by David and Arline Parke. In 2004 the company was bought by Behrman Capital for approximately $ 200 million. A year later, Lyndon Faulkner became CEO . Since then, Pelican Products has established new locations around the world. In 2009, the company announced the takeover of long-standing competitor Hardigg Industries . Pelican Products is now represented in 12 countries, has 22 offices worldwide and has six production sites in Europe and North America .
