Highway 31 runs through the Pembina Valley in southern Manitoba.

The south-central region of the province of Manitoba in Canada is known as the Pembina Valley . The area is named for its main geographical feature, the valley of the same name, which runs through the southwestern part of the region.

The Pembina Valley had 52,126 inhabitants at the 2001 census. The most important service centers are the city of Winkler and the city of Morden . Other important cities are Altona and Carman .

The main industry in the Pembina Valley is agriculture.

The region is now home to the Pembina Valley Provincial Park .
