Pengyang

The circle Pengyang ( 彭阳县 , Pengyang Xiàn ) is a circle in the Autonomous Region Ningxia of Hui in the People's Republic of China . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture city of Guyuan . Pengyang has an area of ​​3,241 km² and a population of 250,000. Its main town is the large community of Baiyang ( 白 阳镇 ).
