Pentu was an ancient Egyptian vizier who officiated under King ( Pharaoh ) Tutankhamun (approx. 1333 to 1323 BC).

Pentu as a vizier is only known from a pot inscription that was found in the tomb of Tutankhamun ( KV62 ). This inscription reads " Vizier Pentu". It is possible that this person is identical with a "first servant of Aten in the house of Aten in Achetaton" and "chief physician" Pentju, who in turn served under Akhenaten and is known from his grave in Amarna (Achetaton) ( No. 5 ) .
