Perrée (unit of measure)
The perrée was a French measure of volume and grain . It was different in size but the same in relation to other measurements. In the historic province of Brittany with Vannes and Auvray , the measure was in
- Vannes 1 Perrée = 100.32 liters (plus 10 percent of the value of Auvray) (as dry measure 0.1584 cubic meters )
- Auvray 1 Perrée = 91.2 liters (as dry measure 0.1440 cubic meters)
- 10 perrées = 1 tonneau / ton = 912 liters (as dry measure 1.440 cubic meters)
