Personalhaus Bielefeld GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2014 by Enrico Thör and Axel Kayko. This year the entrepreneurs opened the main branch in Bielefeld.

In July 2016, the personnel consultancy was expanded to include the "Expert" branch, a nationwide branch that specializes in the acquisition of skilled workers. The specialists and executives, technicians and engineers recruited by "Expert" are trained as specialists, among other things, in project and quality management, software and hardware development, analog and digital circuit development as well as drive, communication, measurement and control or control technology.

Thanks to an in-house academy, internal employees and customers have been taking part in free training events since April 2017, which take place every two weeks and provide information about the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG), data protection, management, marketing, sales as well as legal innovations and guidelines.

By 2019, the company had expanded by eight further locations to currently 16 branches.

Locations

The company currently has 16 offices in Germany. After its headquarters in Bielefeld, the Personalhaus Group expanded and opened a new location in Paderborn in January 2016 .

The Personalhaus Group then opened up the first three locations outside of East Westphalia: Hanover in October 2016, Hamburg in March 2017 and Nuremberg in February 2019.
