Peter Frielinghausen

Peter Frielinghausen (* 1964 in Siegen , North Rhine-Westphalia ) is a German economist . Since 2003 he has been a lecturer at the private University of Applied Sciences Europe (formerly Business and Information Technology School) in Iserlohn .

Peter Frielinghausen lived, with brief interruptions, between 1985 and 2003 in the USA, where he studied International Studies and Economics. In 1998 he received his PhD from Vanderbilt University in Nashville and then took on jobs at universities and in business. After returning to Germany, he was employed at the Business and Information Technology School for the winter semester 2003/2004 , where he has been teaching economics ever since . In December 2006 he was awarded the professorship by University President Dietrich Walther .
