Peter Heckmann
Peter Heckmann (born January 19, 1900 in Kleinseelheim , † August 29, 1966 in Datteln ) was a German politician ( SPD ).
Life and work
After attending primary school , he worked as a miner and metal worker. Since 1919 he was a member of the SPD and a union member. In 1933 Heckmann was arrested and imprisoned in Herford.
He was single.
MP
From July 21, 1958 to July 20, 1962, Heckmann was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . The entry into the state parliament took place via the list position 034 on the reserve list. From 1957 to 1966 he was a member of the Landscape Assembly Westphalia-Lippe. In 1933 he was a community representative in Datteln until his arrest. From 1952 he was again a city councilor in Datteln. He was also a member of the Datteln official representation from 1956. He was a member of the Recklinghausen district council from October 28, 1956 until his death.
Public offices
From January 1961 to March 1961 and from October 12, 1964 to August 29, 1966 he was district administrator of the Recklinghausen district and from 1956 to 1961 mayor of the city of Datteln.
