Peter Jakubeit

Peter Jakubeit (born November 3, 1939 in Bernburg ) is a German author.

After graduating from high school in 1958, Peter Jakubeit was with the NVA until 1969 at the Bernburg High School (now Carolinum High School ) . He studied from 1960 to 1963 not finish philosophy , was doing until 1967 unskilled activities and completed from 1967 to 1971 to study theater and film studies . From 1971 to 1991 he worked as a dramaturge for television in the GDR and the DEFA . He also works as a research assistant and freelance author.

Jakubeit wrote primarily stories , novels , radio plays and dramas . He lives in Gernrode .
