Peter Michael Dieckmann (also Peter M. Dieckmann ; * 1961 in Duisburg ) is a German detective , Reiki teacher and author .

Life

Dieckmann works as a detective for the state of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was a long-time employee of the State Criminal Police Office of North Rhine-Westphalia and during this time, among other things, a member of a Mobile Task Force (MEK) and most recently a target investigator for many years . He is currently employed as Chief Detective Inspector at the Duisburg Criminal Police.

A life crisis brought Dieckmann into contact with Reiki for the first time in 1997 . As a result, he took part in seminars aimed at obtaining the second and third degree, then completed training as a mediation and Reiki teacher and developed his own seminar concepts. He is now part-time nationwide with seminars, readings and lectures. Since 2004 he has published several guides in Goldmann Verlag . Dieckmann regards Reiki not only as a pure healing method through the laying on of hands and meditative technique, but also as a "martial art". For him it is expressly not about "esoteric frills", but about practical ways of "how everyone can develop and consolidate an inner stability in his own way". His understanding of Reiki is therefore very different from the traditional direction. Dieckmann regards Reiki as an "inner path" of love, forgiveness and responsibility. He developed the “Dalmanuta Principle” named after the biblical place Dalmanutha for work in the field of meditation , spirituality and personal development .

Dieckmann, the evangelical baptized and as a young adult from primarily tax reasons from the Evangelical Church leaked was finally decided, not least because of personal experiences to the Roman Catholic Church to enter. He took this step in December 2012.

Dieckmann lives with his wife Karina in Duisburg. He has been a fan of MSV Duisburg since he was a young boy .
