Petr Stach (born June 29, 1974 in Jablonec nad Nisou ) is a Czech actor .

Life

Petr Stach successfully completed an acting training at the theater faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague from 1996 to 2001 . During his studies he worked at various theaters in Prague, including the Divadlo Minor and the Divadlo Rokoko .

After he was seen in eight episodes of the television series Bazén in 2005 and he made his screen debut in a minor supporting role in the war film Tobruk , Stach was able to establish himself as a film actor. He has since been active in more than 40 film and television productions, where he in 2014 for his portrayal of Jirí Palach in by Agnieszka Holland staged miniseries Burning Bush - The heroes of Prague as Best Actor for Český lev was nominated.

On German television he was also seen in a minor supporting role in the biopic Brecht in 2019 .
