Petra Hůlová (born July 12, 1979 in Prague ) is a Czech writer .

Life

After graduating from high school, Hůlová studied cultural studies and Mongolian studies at the Philosophical Faculty of Charles University in Prague . She lived for a while in Mongolia and the USA , where the plot of her novels Paměť mojí babičce and Cirkus Les Mémoires is set. The text Umělohmotný třípokoj was performed in 2007 in a spoken version in the Theater am Geländer in Prague.
