The Petty Rocks (from English petty , 'small, insignificant, insignificant' ) are a group of small cliff rocks off the Loubet coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . They are located 5 km southeast of Cape Sáenz in the center of the western section of the Bigourdan Fjord
The first rough mapping was done by participants in the British Graham Land Expedition (1934–1937) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer John Rymill . The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey specified this in 1948 and named them after their small size.
