history

The former Pfaffendorfer mill

Pfaffendorf was first mentioned in a document on February 8, 931. The name Pfaphindorf then also included the Anger area. Pfaffendorf used to be a pastoral care center for secular priests, hence the name. The oldest building is the former mill, which was built in 1217 and is still preserved today. The village stretched from the church to the east along today's Pfaffendorfstrasse in Anger.

today

Today Pfaffendorf is connected with Anger and is no longer run as a district. There are three businesses in Pfaffendorf, a bakery, an electrician and a plumber. The Catholic kindergarten and the parish home are also located in Pfaffendorf.

Pfaffendorf last grew in 2006/07 with a new building area on Ellanpurgweg.
