Parish donation property

A parish endowment land (including parochial grade plot) was occupied only for church needs land owned by a state . Long-term property disputes between church and state broke out over the proceeds from the sale of these properties.

In Baden-Württemberg , for example, the sale of around 2,800 properties resulted in proceeds of more than 38 million euros .
