The listed rectory of Franzen in Lower Austria is opposite the parish church of St. Martin in the east of the village.

The elongated, two-storey baroque building with a gable roof essentially dates from the 17th century and was rebuilt in 1708. The rooms on the ground floor have vaults with stitch caps from the 17th century, a room on the upper floor has a stucco mirror ceiling from the beginning of the 18th century and two Baroque portraits from the same period depicting Baron Scheffer and his wife. At the beginning of the 18th century, Johann Richard Scheffer successfully campaigned for the re-establishment of the Franzen parish.
