description

The ( late Gothic ) building, built in the 15th century, has a steep hipped roof. In the west there is a tower-like porch with keyhole loopholes. The windows on the east side have late-Gothic stone walls . Under a three-part frame window there is a coat of arms relief showing a one-headed imperial eagle . The chamfered, late Gothic arched stone portal on the south side dates from the end of the 15th century . The wrought iron window grilles date from the second half of the 16th century.

The reinforced, stone shoulder arch portal on the inside of the building dates from the end of the 15th or beginning of the 16th century, the steamed door wing from the third quarter of the 18th century. On the ground floor there are several late Gothic ridge vaults with stitch caps from the second half of the 15th century. The profiled wooden beam ceiling in the south-eastern corner of the building was made in the second half of the 16th century. Two views of the church Maria Elend by Fortunat Marxer hang in the hallway , probably from 1757. A divided stucco ceiling on the upper floor dates from the third quarter of the 17th century. Two oil paintings by Fortunat Marxer in 1757 show Straßgang and Lower Styria .
