history
A church was mentioned in a document around 1160. The Gothic church was built until 1526.
architecture
The two-aisled, star-rib vaulted hall space as a so-called single-pillar room is followed by a lower two-bay, retracted, rib-vaulted choir with a three-eighth end, shifted from the axis of the nave.
Furnishing
The decor is neo-Gothic. Statues by Thomas Schwanthaler stand on the side altars .
