Competitive game

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

As competitive matches or competition games in sports those encounters are referred to two teams, which take place in an official competition, so of championship and cup games. This also includes qualifying games , but not preparation games (also known as test games ). Penalties (due to warnings in the game, as well as subsequently imposed) usually only apply to competitive games. Most of the statistics relate only to competitive games. While these are the only ones of lasting importance in club football, friendlies also attract a high level of media interest for national teams and are part of the statistics. In addition, agreements on, for example, game, victory or goal bonuses only relate to competitive games.
