Phabricator is a collection of various web-based tools for collaborative software development . It contains a review tool Differential , the repository browser Diffusion , the bug tracker Maniphest , the Wiki function Phriction and the change tracking tool Herald , with which you can also enforce your own rules. Phabricator was originally developed as an internal tool at Facebook . It is now being further developed by the main developer Evan Priestley under the umbrella of the company Phacility, Inc, which was founded for this purpose. Phabricator is available as free software under the Apache Version 2 license .

Phabricator works together with the version management systems Git , Mercurial and Subversion and offers the option of either accessing external servers or of acting as a Git, Mercurial or Subversion server. In addition to a web interface there is also a command-line tool arcanist and provides a conduit - API to communicate with their own scripts .
