Phakornkham Fongmalayseng (born November 20, 1988 ) is a badminton player from Laos .

Athletic career

Phakornkham Fongmalayseng was able to qualify for the 2007 Southeast Asian Games, the 2009 Asian Cup and the 2009 Southeast Asian Games. At the Southeast Asian Games 2007 he failed with Yothin Ratsavong in the men's doubles in round one against the Malaysians Razif Abdul Latif and Khoo Chung Chiat . With the team he was eliminated in the quarterfinals against Thailand . The quarter-finals were also the final destination in 2009 with the team, where they were eliminated against eventual winners Indonesia. In singles, he won his round of 16 match against Patricque Francisco Magnaye , but lost to Nguy Hon Hoàng Hảifrom Vietnam in the quarterfinals. At the Asian Cup in 2009, he was eliminated in round one in both singles and doubles. He had fared no better at the Vietnam Open 2008. At Laos International of the same year, he made it to the quarter-finals.
