Phan Khắc Hoàng (born December 5, 1996 ) is a Vietnamese hurdler who specializes in the 400-meter distance .

Athletic career

Phan Khắc Hoàng gained his first experience in international competitions at the Southeast Asian Championships 2017 in Kuala Lumpur , where he finished fourth in the hurdles in 52.30 s and with the Vietnamese 4 x 400 meter relay in 3: 07.40 min won the silver medal. The following year he took part in the Asian Games in Jakarta for the first time and was eliminated there with 53.47 s in the semifinals, while he finished fifth with the mixed relay in 3: 23.59 min. In 2019 he reached fifth place in the Southeast Asian Games in Capas in 52.30 s.

In 2017 Phan was Vietnamese champion in the 400-meter hurdles and in 2019 in the 4-by-400-meter relay and in the mixed relay.
