Phase sales

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The phase distribution was up to the new millennium, especially in fiction and puzzle books and often intensively used even in comics sales process in the German language.

In the first phase, only one region will be supplied. After the offer period has expired, a further part of the originally printed edition is offered together with the returns (the copies that have not been sold) in another region (2nd phase). Depending on the size and distribution of the sales area, this can be followed by a third and fourth phase.

Today phase sales practically no longer play a role.
