Philipp Dreher

Philipp Dreher (* 1839 ; † August 31, 1874 ) was a German teacher and member of the German Temple Society .

Philipp Dreher came to Russia from Württemberg in 1866 . As a teacher and elder, he was involved in the development of the temple settlements Orbeljanowka and Tempelhof in the North Caucasus . In the winter of 1867 to 1868, Philipp Dreher ran a school for the children of families who had moved out of Bessarabia . At the beginning of the 1870s he was called to teach for the Palestinian community of Sarona, where he moved in 1872. Philipp Dreher died of malaria on August 31, 1874 .
