The Philadelphia International Cycling Classic (short: Philly Cycling Classic ) is a road cycling race for women in Philadelphia, USA .

2001 was the last time in Philadelphia with the Liberty Classic a race of the women's cycling world cup . For 2015 the Philly Cycling Classic was added to the calendar of the Cycling World Cup and in 2016 to the calendar of the newly launched UCI Women's WorldTour .

The one-day race goes over six laps through the city over a total of 115 kilometers. Before the women's race, the men's Philadelphia Cycling Classic is held; The same amount of prize money will be awarded in both races.
