Piero Caserini

Piero Caserini (born December 23, 1901 in Rome , † after 1952 ) was an Italian screenwriter and production manager .

Life

Caserini, the son of the silent film director Mario Caserini , appeared as an actor in several silent films in the early 1920s. From 1939 he worked behind the camera and held various functions until 1950, mostly as assistant director or screenwriter. In 1950 he was involved in the film Between Love and Vice as production manager .

After his only directorial work, the 1952 Redenzione , a melodrama , he withdrew from the industry.
