Pierre-César Abeille

Pierre-César Abeille (* 1674 in Salon-de-Provence , † after 1733) was a French composer . He was baptized on February 24, 1674 in Salon-de-Provence.

Life

Pierre-César Abeille's father was the royal notary, Jean Abeille. From 1699 to 1700 he was Kapellmeister at St. Trophime in Arles . In 1713 he was vicaire du choeur and maître de musique at St Germain-l'Auxerrois in Paris for about half a year .
