Pio Tuia
Pio Tuia (* 1943 ) has been the Faipule (head) of Nukunonu , one of three atolls in the Tokelau archipelago in New Zealand , since January 1996 . In accordance with the schedule, he takes over the post of Prime Minister of Tokelau ( Ulu-o-Tokelau ) for one year every three years .
His previous terms as Ulu-o-Tokelau were:
- February 1996 - February 1997
- February 1999 - February 2000
- February 2002 - February 2003
- February 2005 - February 2006
- February 2008 - February 2009
