Piraten in Djurs Sommerland ( Nimtofte , Denmark ) is a steel roller coaster of the Mega-Lite model from the manufacturer Intamin , which was opened on May 1, 2008. It was the second roller coaster of the model after Kawasemi in Tobu Zoo Park ( Japan ). The 755 m long route reaches a height of 32 m and has a 31 m high first drop of 70 °, on which the trains can reach a top speed of 85 km / h. Piraten owns two trains with four cars each. Four people (two rows of two people) can be seated in each car.

The manufacturer Intamin and the operator Djurs Sommerland were awarded the novelty prize "FKF-Award 2008" of the Freundeskreis Kirmes und Freizeitparks eV for the roller coaster in 2009.
