Pyotr Pavlovich Birjukow ( Russian Пётр Павлович Бирюков ; * July 12, 1951 ) is a Russian civil engineer and politician. He is the Vice Mayor of Moscow .

Pyotr Biryukov was in the small village Бузец, near Zheleznogorsk in the Kursk region born. In the 1970s, Biryukov studied in Kursk and later received a degree in civil engineering from the Kursk Polytechnic University in 1986. Biryukov has been Vice Mayor of the capital of Russia, Moscow, since 2010.

In 2019, the Russian investigative journalist Ivan Golunov researched the von Birkujow family and their dramatically growing wealth. Shortly thereafter, Golunov was arrested on suspected drugs.
